Whats the worst thing about SA?

My life is really good, and I am doing really positive things. The worse thing is putting myself out there into the world with my anxiety, and the fear of being understood. It is becoming increasingly difficult to communicate with anyone.

I think missed opportunities is the worst imo. If you didn't have those possibilities taken away from you, then you could have done something about the lonliness.::
