Yeah but with sa not all problems can be delt with that easily scottish,so whats the point on dwelling on somthing you cant fix.I mean that is half the problem for me, if i dont keep myself busy i dwell on things too much and get depressed and patheticly all self pitty.
As for what i do to forget my problems, I find reading a good book helpfull as it not only distracts me and keeps me entertained, i also think it helps me relax and helps me to nod off at night.Same with drawing.

, Im a big fan of computer games aswell, senceless shooting,blowing things up and other acts of violence will keep me glued at my computer for hours on end.
I also speak to random people through instant messaging programs in a attempt to improve my social skills
