After doing a lot of research, it turns out that Iontophoresis is the best option. The machine costs &700, & my health insurance says that it's experimental, so they won't help me pay for it, even though it works 85% of the time.

I forgot to mention...when I did it, I used 24VDC. If I remember correctly, you shouldn't go above 27V. When I first started doing it, I did this for about 15 days, & it made my hands sweat even worse than normal...that's how you know it's working. I lost hope, so I stopped, & the next day my hands were amazingly dry.
