What kind of job for someone like me?

At my last job, I only had interaction with two people for less then 20 minutes and that was great. I don't know exactly what i'm comfortable with, but the less, the better. I don't know how to drive, only worked two jobs (cashier and cleaning), and i'm a college dropout. I would like a job that meets the following:

1. Part time.
2. Can wear a hat.
3. At least $9 an hour. Would be willing to work for less for learning something interesting or useful, looks good on resume, good employee discount, or something that's worth the lesser pay imo.
4. No dirty or dangerous jobs (cashier, cleaning, bank, gas station, etc.).

What kind of jobs are out there for someone in my situation? Also are there other good message boards where I can ask for help? Thanks.

I was in your boots about 5 months ago and this is what I decided to do....
Medical Transcription. This is the site for the training I'm getting: www.careerstep.com . I know a woman who went through this program and got a job at a hospital, but if you do well in training they will hire you through one of the dozens of transcription companies they work with. I've actually already gotten a job offer from my psychiatrist :)

I just feel like working at home will cut down on that stress that causes so many of us to feel drained at the end of a work day. If I don't have to deal with all the work related bullshit, I feel like it will leave me with the energy that I need for the rest of the day.

Good luck whatever path you choose.

Peace

Just out of curiosity how did you find your job as a cashier? and did you quit because of your SA?

I applied in person. I didn't know I had SA at the time (just knew I wasn't normal). I quit because I hated it.

What i meant by how did you find is how if you liked it or not haha but i got my answer anyway. How long did you do it before you quit. I'm just wondering because im a cashier myself and i have to say the first month for me was the worse thing ever but somehow i stuck with it and now i find its actually helping me with my social skills, slowly, but surely. I just had to give my self some time to get used to it.
