What do you think would make the world a less cruel place?

I agree. Srijita is incredibly sweet, she said something to me once that made my heart fall to my feet, I couldn't believe she was being so sweet to me, it gave me a good feeling and go awwww.

I always get compliments from her, too. I'm glad you got that feeling, too.

See, if more people were like Srijita, and offered an ear to listen to and a shoulder to cry on, how much better would the world be? I'll answer that for you: a lot.

Yes. Absolutely.

I have noticed - that there is a little too much problem solving and being told what the answer is and not enough sympathy. That's right... sympathy.
Sometimes people want to be heard, that want to feel acknowledged and they want to know that they way they are feeling is valid. People need to feel like they are cared about sometimes - then and only then will people be receptive to change.

Mikey, Srijita, Beleza - you are the first that comes to mind, but there are lots of others too. You make the world less grey. You make my world less grey - even if I only know you as words on a computer screen. It's very disheartening knowing that the best people I know I will probably never be able to meet.

Yea, I don't know it's something really special about her, it really is. I feel you. Many people have been nice, but she has a good deliverance/ soft spirit. You know what I mean? Okay. I don't want to embarrass her. . ::eek::

Nice to know, I wish I could meet you too. There are so many good people on here. I'm not as sweet as Srijita and Mikey, I'm a bit spicy but I'm loving, respect and try to care for people.

Even though we've met before, I am glad I make your world less grey. I think you need to come to Shellharbour and I can show you my part of the world, too. You're a great guy to hang out with and I enjoyed every second of my time there.

Nothing wrong with some spice. :D

I'm not really that sweet, but thank you. You're sweet, as well.

It's just a big sweetness party in this thread!

This comment reinforces why I think the world needs more people like you. :)

If everyone felt belonging and love growing up, even if it was just from their parents and no one else, I think a lot of things would change.

Greed is the number one problem of humanity, remove greed and we would live in a much better world. I seriously think that greed will end this planet

yea 1 and 2 ... greed and religion.

Well religion is just another type of greed, Greed is the source of all evil. Always wanting and wanting more is just not good. Wanting to feel superior, wanting to hurt for the fun of it, wanting more materials over anything else, it's just won't end well

Less vengeance, more compassion, and a greater appreciation for diversity. But that pretty much goes against human nature...history is just one giant, never-ending retaliation contest between the so-called insiders and outsiders.
