Surely it is key to view your actions when you were young
This a fresh thought that never entrered my mind.
Although a few paltry square images of me with people produced by a one-button Polarioid camera of the 1970s. My nieces (my age) had full VHS videos
Too much to ask for, but I wish I could get someone to capture me during epilectic seizures, which I can't do, to let me understand what happens. No doc or nurse ever even describes in words. One friend who was ever there has said some simple things... that 'it was horrible'
I would always do it if I was a parent, do give the material to the child
