I've read Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman and highly recommend it to everyone.

Also, How To Win Friends and Influence People, Dale Carnegie.

A Man, A Can, A Plan - it's about how to turn canned food into dinner.

Won't cure SA, but it will cure hunger (and possibly give you scurvy).

"Diagonally Parked in a Parallel Universe" by Signe Dayhoff. A great book about Social Anxiety/ Social Phobia with, in particular, sections looking at moving from loneliness to dating and also getting a job and passing interviews. Do a Google search on her name to find some free articles she has written.

Haha canned foods. I liked Conversations with God because it changed my perspective on things, for a little while anyways then i read a lot of Carlos Castendas books which taught me you make your own perspective of the world any way you want it to be...and alot of people are really caught up in the way we've been brainwashed to live and think from the moment we are born. I highly reccomend any Carlos Castendas books except the teachings of Don Juan which i thought was a little boring.

I second that. Also pretty much anything by Paulo Coelho is definitely worth your time!
