---ok, back to posting helpful & positive comments...this time from **THE DAILY MOTIVATOR.** ---''Just get started''---
Most of the things that hold you back do so with your cooperation. When you choose to stop giving power to your limitations, many of them disappear.
There are things you assume you never could do. But how many of those negative assumptions have you actually tested?
It could be that the biggest obstacle standing between you and your most treasured dream is your own thinking. It could very well be that the main thing holding you back is your belief that you cannot move forward.
Imagine what would happen if you were to let go of that belief. What if you stopped focusing on what you think you can and what you think you can't do?
What if you simply started making the effort, each day, each moment, to move toward that dream? You'd quickly realize that many of the obstacles you imagined, are not even there.
Yes, there are always challenges, and yet they are rarely as difficult or imposing as you imagine. Step boldly forward to meet them, and you'll find yourself moving successfully though them.
Without a doubt, you have what it takes to reach whatever place you choose to go. Just get started and you'll know.

Free from the past
You don't need to run away from the past. For it's already quickly receding behind you.
If you've had a wonderful and fulfilling past, it is now time to move forward. If you've had a difficult and troubling past, it is now time to move forward.
Whatever the past may or may not have been, it is now over. Choose to not let it hold you back for any reason.
Are your thoughts filled with regret, resentment, sorrow or anger for what has already been? The sooner you let go and move on, the better your life will be.
Cherish the past, take wisdom from the past, but don't let the past become your prison. Free yourself to move forward in a positive, fulfilling way.
If there's one thing you have learned from the past, it is that life is precious. Now is when you can fully realize and experience the precious life you are in.

Your future self
The person you are to become will learn from the things you do right now. The image you have of yourself in the future depends on the actions you see yourself taking today.
A very important person is watching your every action, listening to your every word, and knows your every thought. That person is you.
Imagine yourself a year from now, looking back on today. Imagine your future self being exceedingly thankful for the way you lived this day.
Then step forward and live today with that in mind. Think, speak and act in such a way that the person you will become inherits many positive benefits from the person you are right now.
Confidence, integrity, strength and effectiveness do not simply appear out of nowhere. They are built by the way you live your life.
And now is your opportunity to live in a powerful, positive way that will benefit your life for a long time to come. Now is your chance to make your future self thankful for the empowering paths you choose to take.

Anxiety
As soon as anxiety gets your attention, its job is done. From that point on, there is no good reason to maintain that anxiety.
Anxiety can be useful in making you aware of actions that need to be taken. As soon as you have that awareness, anxiety has served its purpose.
After that, give your energy to the positive action and not to the anxiety. Undertake to correct the problem and not to helplessly obsess over it.
It is good and useful that anxiety can get your attention. Yet it serves no positive purpose for anxiety to overwhelm your thinking.
The moment you feel anxiety, look for, and begin to execute, a positive course of action. Quickly choose to let go of that anxiety, for it is of no use to you now.
Anxiety never needs to weigh you down. Let it come, let it have its say, and quickly let it go as you take action to move forward.
