Try this out to help your SAD (long but it works for me)

I am just trying to help people like myself that have SAD. I like to experiment new ways to help us get through the day and eventually life. so try this out if you want to.

Try saying only positive things today. If you have a negative thought then do something positive so its not negative anymore, like if your thinking negative and you know you enjoy playing games, or cooking, or exercising or just going for a walk then do it. If someone asks you what you are doing dont say you were depressed or bored so you went for a walk or you went to the gym. say i wanted to get some fresh air or i go for walks all the time.

like for example if you are talking to someone and they are talking to you about something dosent matter what, agree with it because that positive if you disagree then its negative for them and your not going to be a better person because of it, it will just make the other person feel less confident because we don't like it when people disagree with us. unless its really going to effect your life or you feel strongly to disagree. Like religion or politics. if you want to start covo think about something that the person agrees on, thats how you make a good connection.

I have a problem of when im in a conversation that i always think about what to say next and my mind just goes blank like its a big fog . Instead i just say whatever i can thats positive about the what we are talking about. No one is going to critisize you for being too positive, i have never hated someone that is to positive or thought bad about them. Now remember you dont always have to say positive you can joke around here and there.

so through out today and only today try thinking only positive no negative. and agree with everything unless its going to strongly effect you. if you disagree then disagree in a nice way. Also dont give up so easily i find it that i tend to give up to easy and be patient.

Dont be lazy just do it. You think people like people that sit in their house all day and do nothing with themselves. remember its a process its not going to change overnight you have to work for it just like everything else in life.
