I can't stand the guys mom.
The way she started up a conversation with that waitress and brought all the attention to him when he was already freaking out about being in the restaurant.

That was pretty awkward, I can see why he was super uncomfortable after that. She was just trying to force him into it instead of giving him tips. He did much better when he tried it on his own.
