I don't want to sound silly here but...

I read online about a tomato juice routine to decrease overall sweating and sweating odor.

Basically, you drink tomato juice 2 times a day for a week. Then every other day for the next week. By week two, you're supposed to experience less sweating.

Well I tried it out and i think it worked to some degree.

Now I know this won't do crap for MOST serious HH sufferers, but just for good measure I tried it out. I experienced a lot less sweating in the face and "undercarriage" - lol.

Think it has to do with the 8 billion tons of sodium that's in tomato juice?
Have any of you guys tried this diet routine?

Nope, not tried it but I certainly will now - willing to give anything a try, especially if it helps with face and "undercarriage" - both areas where sweating is at its worst for me.

Lol. Sodium tends to make you retain water too. Do you notice if it makes your stomach look more plump?

Cause I know if you work out a lot your abs will stop showing if you drink a lot of soda til you've stopped drinking it for a few days.
