This may Help your problems

I am just a regular guy who used to suffer from a lot more SA issues than I do these day. I went through the military and a lot of other things with my problems. It took me many downfalls to come to terms with myself and my issues. I am here in no way promoting a change of religion or any type of belief system, I just believe that it might be beneficial to others if I shared my own experience.

What helps me through a lot of my suffering is buddhist philosophy.

The buddha ones said, "All composite things pass away, strive towards your own liberation with diligence."

When he said all composite things, that includes 'afflictions'. All your afflictions, are temporary, they arise and they fall according to time, be it thoughts, panic attacks or ocd. This is evident in your life, because you know very well that nothing lasts forever. Knowing this, just knowing and accepting this is enough to start to make tremendous changes in the way you perceive reality and your problems. Nothing is permanent, even the worst fears and reactions, and situations have an expiration date.

Be joyous in the fact that every day, you are a different person. This is a beautiful concept from zen. All we are is atoms put together, that are constantly moving around. Even your brain cells, are dying and being reborn as you read this.

I wish you all the best.
