I have a problem like this, except I don't get migraines from it. See the reply I made to Hope_so's thread on "Feeeding sa/sp". Try to make a conscious effort to let it go the instant it arises in your mind. If something awkward happens and you think someone is criticizing you or critiquing you or that you've somehow failed or acted strangely, just move on... move on... say to yourself "next please" and look at where you'll place your next step. Who cares if you make conversations awkward. I do it all the time: I get into a conversation and things don't go exactly as smoothyl as I want, in fact sometimes they are very awkward. So life is awkward I tell myself... I've just learned to put it aside: awkwardness is always there but it is irrelevant. Learn to love awkward. Learn to expect it. Learn to take pleasure in knowing that you strike awkwardness in the hearts of many!
