Hey fellow social phobics, I want to share what I've discovered about overcoming social phobia.

Reading about people who has overcome social phobia and watching friends and family members overcoming it, I have to say only one thing.

All this people were able to overcome Social Phobia when there was no pressure from people or society on them.

All the cases I know where like that.

While you have your parents putting pressure on you, or having to work a job that you feel pressured to adjust, you will be social phobic.

The key is: Do what you want, taking the time you need...
If you need to work, take one with minimum pressure and increase the pressure you can take every while.

Don't mind wasting years, because this is the only way.
You can take drugs too.

This is like CBT, but one for your lifetime.
But to not stay in your comfort zone for too much time, you need to wake up and sleep, thinking about overcoming social phobia.
