the same guy messages me 15 years later

Theres this online dating site that I have been using since like 20 years ago. I'm not always active on it and have been using it on and off for the past long years...however, some 2 weeks ago, I received a message from this person that kinda surprised me...It was some guy that messaged me on the same site some 10-15 years ago...but he doesnt know that we talked before, but I certainly remember....I know this is probably just some coincidence or something, but do you think there could be a chance its something "more"?

The way I see it, you've simply crossed accounts on a dating site again. I guess you could read into it any way you like.
