If you are really nervous about it then ask your doctor to prescribe you some beta blockers for performance anxiety. take them half an hour before your presentation and they will ease all the physical symptoms of anxiety such as racing heart, shaking, blushing, sweating, trembling voice etc etc. they really do work! you will probably still feel mentally nervous beforehand but once you start talking and realising that you are not displaying any physical signs of anxiety then your confidence should build and the whole thing should be a lot easier!

I don't have a doctor.....I really need to see someone. Though I think it's a little too late at the moment, since there is only 3 weeks left till the end of the term and finding one now is more work on top of everything else...

I'll wait and see, hopefully I can seek help afterwards. Thanks for the advice though :3
