Stop Sweat Marks - am I the only one?

This is a question and suggestion. Basically I cut a sanitary pad in half and then stick them on the inside of my clothing where my armpits are. It's embarassing and I haven't told anyone but it's the only way to stop sweat patches because I sweat so much. Does anyone else do this?

Whatever works. I think drugstores would still have "dress shields". They can be pinned or sewn in (I long ago used to wear a harness thing that held them on). They work too, if you wanted to try that.

Yeah, I do exactly the same thing. We don't have dress shields in our country, so I use daily pads, they're pretty slim so it works really well for me.
