stinging zaps. thats what i call them what the heck!

between stinkin allergy season in arizona and these stupid stinging zaps that i feel in my body its annoying. sometimes i even feel the muscles in my body twitch, im like what the heck is that? at some point people on here will get sick of me. i am soooo new to this! its only been less then 2 weeks.

plus with the allergies affecting my breathing, this darn anxiety just tightens the chest just to irritate me. lol anyway, hope everyone is doing better! take care everyone out there who is dealing with this ridiculous crap, we are not alone!

Stinging zaps?
Do you mean that feeling like someones sticking you with pins??
I get that on my arms and my neck, makes me jump...its usually followed by my rash and puffy eyes if I've eaten some food that I'm allergic to (I'm dumb enough to forget to read labels sometimes)
