Hi again! Once again, i am experimenting with another supplement. Its a red japanese mushroom called REISHI. The stuff aint cheap, by the way. But hell, i quit smoking almost 2 years ago, stop drinking soda pop---my money is usually spent in the pursuit of improving my health and calming my mind, so its not money down the toilet. Here is the website for this mushroom...www.reishi.com 0r...www.japan-reishi.org. Its been about 5 days i have taken this ( once daily-capsule). I still take a magnesium/calcium capsule, multi-B-vitamin, E,C and omega 3's, cod liver oil capsules. I feel calm, relaxed and motivated....energetic yet not like a crazy asshole. There isnt a whole lot of info on this reishi as i was hoping to find, but as you will read..the japanese and chinese have been growing and taking this mushroom for a few thousand years, and they regard it as a fantastic tonic. I read that during the last 30 years, the japanese doctors have been prescribing it for mannyyy ailments. You do your own research, look it up and go to a good health food store and ask questions..i will continue to post any news on the subject and what progess i am noticing...good luck to everone.

Do some reasearch before posting gibberish.

NO it is not magic mushrooms....it is a japanese mushroom . They are capsules. Unless you live in a cave and eat bat pooh, why not get online and research it for yourself before replying with immature comments ''DUDE''. Most health food stores carry it, and its a very well known supplement to take in japan and china...going back around 1500-2000 years. Seems to work fine for me...been taking one capsule a day for the past 3 weeks. I feel calm and in a very good mood, as the product claims. But, you can be fearful of change and go hide in your closet till somebody comes and leads you out by your hand, as i am sure thats what life is like for you most days and nights...CIAO DUDE! :D

Well, I may be immature and an idiot, no argument there, but I still think Corrinaelizabeth's comment was funny. Lack of self-irony is not an attractive feature, IMO.

 Next time you're trying to come across as nonchalant, don't act so deeply wounded and hyper-sensitive in the post preceding it...

How about keeping your crappy and non helpful comments to yourself. You are actually the sensitive one who like to type up the whitty remarks, as i'm sure your next post will be.Guess i'll just have to skip your posts and life pleasantly goes on. :)
