Ive been thinking just now, how much social/societies constructed ideas could contribute to more anxiety, overall. If we could be fully comfortable with our own ideas and what we feel is right for us, or what we at least think is right for us, without thinking about what most people, or society would say, wouldn't certain aspects of life be easier?
I mean, I don't feel I care what people would think anymore. And I know what I want/don't want most of the time. But sometimes I still feel subcosciously at the back of my head theres something that makes me consider what other people would say is right and stuff. So I mean, if we were to be COMPLETELY clear of this.
If you did something you wanted to do, and felt ok, and then read about people saying that that thing was bad for you or was bad in general, you might start feeling bad or anxious about it yourself, just because of an implanted thought or belief when otherwise you were fine. Does this make sense?
