Social Phobia driving me crazy

Hi all, Ive been suffering from social phobia now for some years and it has pretty much ruined my life, I was wondering if anyone could help me at all, please get in touch. kind regards

i no what u mean its ruining my life to i avoid so many events and then wished i gone,,, but then i think, i wouldnt of talked much anyway because i would of been so nervous

The best thing to do is just keep searching and you really gota push yourself sometimes even tho it may be awakrd

hope things get better
