I'm in the same boat and I hate it!

I've had times where things just all seem to fall into place and its great!

BUT.... then something unexpected happens and causes me to go to bed 2 or 3 hours later... and next thing I know... I'm freaking flipped around! >.<

Makes it very difficult to get things done, since most of the world does stuff in the day.. and usually early in the day :p

Guess I'm going to have to add Cappuccinos and Red Bull to my diet! :p

You should try to keep at least a semi-regular sleep pattern, it helps quite a lot with mental stability, not to mention a lot of other health related stuff such as metabolism and immune systems.

Well... that was always the plan! Or at least for me it has been.

But its one of those things that is easier said than done... at least for me.

I always feel like a loser because its such a struggle for me at times, and I'm sure that most people.. maybe not, but it sure seems like most people have little problem with it, but I... well.. whatever.

I do know I'm not alone, so that's nice.. not that I *want* other people to have sleep problems too :p

In high school I always had to get up early to get to school in time. (5 am or sometimes earlier) Now that I'm always home, I get to sleep all morning.

In the past at the end of a schoolyear I used to end up falling asleep as soon as I got home and slept through the night, because I was so exhausted.

Now I barely know the feeling. This makes it even harder to try being a "normal" person, who gets up in the morning, goes to school or work.
