Hi I joined this forum so I could help others. I found I had bad facial blushing at work for the last five years and It was getting worse. I would shy away from conversation in the fear that I would blush. I went to see a medical doctor who specializes in hypnosis and I can' believe how much he helped me. He said that you are more inclined to blush in front of people that are above you in rank if you know what I mean and I found I was blushing in front of people who were my superiors at work.This guy hypnotised me and I can't beleive how much it has helped. If any one would like more information on this just ask, it has been amazing for me.
