Enough is enough... I have set myself a date & if i'm still feeling the same way & still suffering with this fucking nightmare, i'm gonna call it a day.
I can't go on living like this, i can't stand it anymore, so a change has to be made..!!

Today has been a bad day..!?

I think you know exactly what he means. I just hope it doesn't happen. Silvio, please don't hurt yourself! Have you been to a psychiatrist or at least a theapist?
