Bellerbys College is a college mainly for foreign student who want to study in the UK
And it offers preparation for university education in the UK.

A privet and expensive college (£20000 per year).

Students are from variety of countries but mostly Russians and former Soviet Union republics and Turkish
About in February there was an argument between me and some other Russian students which were followed by some fights which were never brought up to the principle attention and so-called sorted between us.

But it created hatred and sense of revenge among the other students.
Nasty rumours and numerous of false accusation were made and due to be in total minority in the college in respect of nationality I became a so-called loner and hated by the other peoples.
There matters along with some racist and homophobic incidents caused some other fights and arguments with the other students due to my and my friend’s sexuality and I had to stop bringing him around due to verbal assault and abuse.

These matters were reported to the school and I asked the school to issue a general warning for these students in their own language but these matters were totally ignored by the school and no effort were made
First term I was studying in science but because I could not cope with that and having serious depression my attendance fell around 77%

In January I changed my subject of study and switched to business I did well for the first two weeks and then again the problems started again I told the school that I have some health issues but they did not accept the excuse.
By March after finishing the 1st semester in business again the problems starts and this time the rumours and accusation went too far and I was accused using illegal drugs and having problems with the police which was not true whatsoever but the school judged me based on rumours with no solid evidence and based on my attendance they told me that I am not suitable for studying in their college.

I found another university and based on my grades at high school I was accepted in Greenwich school of management for the Bachelors degree in Business and IT which
Proves that Bellerbys College has made a brutal judgment about me and accused me for something that I have never done.

Since March after being accepted in the university for under graduate degree I stopped attending my classes and due to high depression and I was put on medication by my psychiatrist.

There was an outstanding balance of £8000(GBP) on my fees and I was going to negotiate whether I have to pay that or not, considering that I had not attended any class during the time which the fee was due on .
On May the 11th I was in bed and I was woken up by a member of staff coming into my room without my concern and knocking on the door and asked me to meet him at 9:30 pm.
In the principle office I was told that I have to pay the fees and if I disappear I have to deal with the consequences’ of my action which I found threatening and again with not solid evidence I was told by the principle that there are some sayings about me and there are some serious concern about my behaviour and he told me “you must know how to behave in my country “
I would be happier to pay the fee if there are any reasonable grounds for that.
I was bullied and ignored assaulted verbally harassed and left alone.
Considering the amount of money this privet college requests for education they should be making sure that they make a safe and comfortable environment for the other students.
I was depressed and no one from the member of staff came and searched for the reason.
There no advisor or a person who is specialised in dealing with young people at school, no one to deal with individual need of students, the whole time I was at this college I was ignored and left alone and bullied but no one searched for the reason.
I was never interviewed or asked about my concerns and my needs and simply ignored.
Here there are many students from many different countries but there is no one to help people to deal with cultural differences.

I do not think that it is fair to pay this money for:
• being called names
• being teased
• being pushed or pulled about
• being hit or attacked
• having rumours spread about you
• being ignored and left out
• being attacked or teased or called names because of your religion or colour
• being attacked or teased or called names because of your sexuality

Whether I should pay the fees or not is an open question and I leave it with my solicitor and people who read this “wonderful experience of mine “and also for those who are planning to study at this college.
