Sounds a lot more minimal than their earlier work, I remember their stuff being more psytrance and kind of rock at the same time, but this is way more pop influenced. The production isn't quite my cup of tea for electronic stuff (I prefer harder drum transients and whatnot), but the synths gel really well and the vocal work is pretty killer. The reversed reverb stuff packs a lot of ambiance on the vocal end. Great swirling synths as well. 7/10
2/10-- sorry, I can't stand it when people brag about how many drugs they do in the name of mindless hedonism, and it's worse when they turn it into a bad nursery rhyme set to two of their favorite notes.
Lol, I never really took notice of the lyrics tbh, it's more about the sound and little effects for me 😉
The "Real American" song is alright btw, although it could use some better drums. 7/10
