Psychiatrist/Psychologist

I was wondering how many people here went to a psychologist or a psychiatrist. (Sorry if the poll doesn't work, this is the first time I've used one.)

I have a psychiatrist he's not that bad, he does have trouble relating to my SA, but the only reason I see him is because you can tell him anything and he'll give you his 2nd opinion on it, and tha kindat helps me realize my problems arent as bad as they seem.

I tried going to a psycologist once, but I was so nervous and uncomfortable that I never went back. I didnt really feel comfortable sitting there talking to a stranger.

I have used both in the past.It help a little bit.The psychologist I have now is pretty good.
