problem with screennames^!^

hi there people,
ive been suffering from this for a long time and wanted to talk about this a little.
i cant decide on a screen name for a long time ,i try another one, and for some reason that pops up in my mind i feel ashamed of it and i dislike it. and my post counts decrease because i hesitate to post messages to forums .and i cannot easily chat with other people via web.

please dont underestimate this ,this is a very big problem for me ,and maybe for others.i would like to know if any of you has same problems with me.
what can we do?

I'm paranoid about my screen name. I usually use the same one, when I googled it there were some really old results. I'd hate to think an employer could read my posts, recognize me and then fire me for something I tried to say anonymously.
