Hi. Thanks for sharing that. So basically, swimming, walking, a prenatal ‘yoga-flow’ class, or Pilates are the most recommended ones. I have also found out about Tailor and Kegel Exercise from this site. Have you heard of it? These two routines can strengthens the muscles in the pelvic, bladder, uterus and bowels to prepare a pregnant woman for her labor.
