I'm worried about this phrase, since it has been mentioned around the house over the last few days.
I think my mums other half is planning to get a lodger of my age group in to force me to intergrate into local society (we moved house and i'm still not feeling worthy enough to try to make any friends whatsoever).
Now, I know this sounds crazy but, the house is a little crowded at the best of times, and the idea of one more person I don't know so well living under the same roof makes me want to climb the walls in distress.
I feel ashamed to make a point about it too. I mean, I feel so childish for not wanting to..well..move on and begin my life. I mean yeah, I'd love to hang around with people who actually don't look twice at my SA problems, but somehow I know that the chances of meeting people like that where I live are slim (not that i'm so outgoing that i'd now this for a fact). Especially since I barely speak, and when I do knowone hears what I say anyway.
Sorry, I'm on a negative streak and I'm ranting.
Anyone been in a simmilar situation?
