This is an amazing song, although I don't know how to "break free from the thoughts in my mind", even if it was possible, it's highly improbable I'll make it, let alone in this life, if I haven't done it by now. It's just the same nonsense as to stop eating - tried but found it impossible. Still the same trap, whole life long.
