After my breakup with my ex I tried alot to better myself and once course of action I took was to commit a poem to memory. Odd as Ive never been very interested in them but it helped me and reminds me of the situation and the healing process.
I loved you, even now I must confess Some embers of that love their fire retain
But do not let this cause you more distress for I do not want to sadden you again
Hopeless and tonguetied I loved you dearly with pangs the jealous and the timid know
So tenderly I loved you so sincerely may god grant another love you so..
