parts of body not sweating cause for HH?

I realized that my underarms sweats very little, or almost none. My hands and legs suffers HH.

I wonder if HH sufferers have parts that sweats less that causes other parts to sweat more?

i sweat all over face hands feet armpits groin i have the worst type of hh anyone can have and i prove this theory wrong
