Just want to know if I am the only one experiencing this. It started around the time I started going through menopause. It's a feeling of being stuck on the bridge and not being about to get off or pull off when I want to. Heart begins racing when I start approaching the bridge, I am actually shaking in the car. Very frightening. Wouldn't you know it, a major bridge takes me to my place of employment. Ativan takes the edge of but I don't want to get hooked on it. Looking into natural vitamin supplments. I know I have to get over this ... going the long way to get to work (no bridge) is very time consuming and expensive (gas).
