There is a survey rating site called Survey Police - Identify Online Survey Scams, Rank Online Survey Panels which rates online surveys sites. Two which definitely are legitimate are Paid Online Surveys, Take Surveys - GlobalTestMarket and Valued Opinions - Valued Opinions.
