First of all, nice pic. ;)

Second, you can't be in a long term relationship with someone you don't really know. Don't begin you interaction expecting a relationship, you never know what you might find about the other person.
In this case, you found out he's a wuss that can't even break up with somebody, and a jerk.

He didn't treat you bad while he was with you did he? So he was just a guy who you had limited contact for a while.

Weight loss is easy, it just takes a LONG time. Just eat 1200-1500 callories a day six times a week until you're at your ideal weight. You'll drop around a pound a week that way. If you already ate 1500 that day, drink a glass of water/tea without sugar and just do 30min of intense physical activity to take your mind off it.

You'll find you are almost forced to eat healthy if you have to eat under 1500 callories a day. If you eat junk food, all you can eat is a big mac and a bag of chips. :)

Weight loss and exercise is also easier when you're single, what else do you have to do in your free time? :)
