Ocd contamination ugh!!!!!!!

Ok so here is my worry!!!! I have been suffering from Ocd but contamination and diseases! I went to visit a meuseum that was beautiful! As i take my daughter to the bathroom and it was really clean!! I use a bathroom stall and when i went to lock the stall door i used my index finger but the knuckle area because i always use my knuckle when i went to close it i noticed a smear in red that looked dry but i panicked and when i went to open it my knuckle kind of touched it and i panicked! I looked at my finger right away and i had no cuts ect! I got out and washed my hands right away like 5 times! Then germex! I have been stressing since!!!! Help!!!!!!!

If it's any help, most "blood borne" diseases have to have blood to blood contact. So, you would have to be actually bleeding at the same time you came in contact with someones blood. I'm a Nurse and can't even begin to count the number of times I've had contact with someones blood or body fluids. I've never contracted any diseases from my patients. The odds that you contracted a disease are almost nil.

Carry a few serviettes/tissues in your pocket if you know you are going to use a public restroom that day. Use them to open and close public toilet doors. As for your story I would not worry about it.
