Panick attacks are gone for me now, I do get worried still around certain people but I no longer sweat/shake/tremble or panick.

If you wanna know how I did it, well I forced myself to do stuff I didn't wanna do. Try remember social phobia isn't you. Try go to the local shop daily, try go shopping and few places everyday even if you don't need somthing. Make excuses to go out, you will hate it but you will start to enjoy it.
