NEWBIE This site's a blessing - Weight Gain (Paroxetine)

Hi everyone let me just just out by saying it a breath of fresh air to find this site, and i have got alot of helpful information from here as i knew nothing about SA even though i have been diagnosed with it...
Just a quick question i have just been prescribed Aropax/Paxil Peroxetine and read about some weight gain problems that occur...Is this True? Or is it simply because when u take this med you eat more and become less active?? any info would be helpful

Hi there,

I want to ask one question. Is there some anti-depressant that doesn give u weight gain? How does it help to give a person with low self-esteem a substance that will give him 20 kgs in one years time? (Plus he has to give god damn money for shit)
