Hi,

I'm 24.5 yo guy and during the last years I became aware to my soical phobia which accounted for appropriate explanation for different behaviours that characterize me (as avoiding from crowded places and etc.). I try to change my old habit of avoiding and find myself coping with "challenging" situations in which I expouse myself to my phobia. for example, by joing to "spending times" with friends (that aren't aware to my difficulty) and the like. Actually, as a student, sometimes I don't have a choice, but being anyway expousing to that (during lectures, meeting and talking with members there). It isn't simple state for me and from time to time people can notice that I'm not just "regular" person. however, I try to hold on 8).
I would be glad to know you, the people here, and your coping's ways.

PS: I'm sorry about my simple level of language, but English isn't my "mother tongue"/first language.

"read" you! 8)

Dobrodosho!

Hm... I guess that "Dobrodosh" means welcome or Hello? :)
Anyway, I don't know this word (or the language it belongs to).
My first language is hebrew (and now you can know where I am from :) ).
I would be glad to know your answers according to the points that i have noted at the former mesaage.

Have a good day :).
