Hi just wanted to introduce my self to this website i as googleing how to get rid of shyness since well, Im a shy dude 
any ways Back then i use to be a hard core shy dude but time has passed a i kind of got over it, not completely though now im 17 at the end of the year of high school and i look back at my memories never really did much or accomplish anything cause my lack of confidence but at least i feel much better knowing im not the only one in the world with this problem...
