I just read this article in a magazine, called, "Natural anxiety cures" and this is what it said:
"In a recent German study, many people on the verge of a panic attack were able to dodge the episode by walking briskly for 30 minutes!"
And another natural cure was:
"Lemon balm tea: 2 cups daily. Even the fragrance works! In one study people prone to agitation improved 35% just by inhaling the aroma of lemon balm!"
And finally:
"Try popping 12g. a day of inositol. In a recent study, this B-vitamin reduced panic attacks and agoraphobia in patients as effectively as the antidepressant Tofranil, without side effects. Another option: Take a B-50 complex three times a day."
It says in the article to consult your health practictioner before taking this or any other herbs. So I thought I would just add that. :wink: Please post if any of you do these and they work for you, even a little!
