My self steem binary pattern

If the person I'm talking too is more extroverted than me,
I feel inferior than them and my self steem decreases.
No matter if this person is rich, poor, kid or adult, woman or men.

If the person I'm talking too is more introverted than me,
I feel superior than them and my self steem increases.
No matter if this person is rich, poor, kid or adult, woman or men.

i feel inferior and jealous if the person im talking to has got friends

Yeah I have the same thing... It's really difficult because I don't always feel like hanging out with those who are really introverted as opposed to the extraverted but sometimes it seems like I have to hang out with the first just so I can retain some kind of ' worthiness' and sense of self... it sickens me, that different people can crush my self-esteem like that.

i do aswell

different people have a different affect on me
with one person i can be happy laughable and jolly and with another i can be dead quiet and unhappy
which frustrates me

if im with sum1 hus like me, quiet and shy it makes me feel stronger and i dont do it on purpose but i try to be louder than them so it doesnt look like im the withdrawn one as usual
