Not the best to say the least, and im not feeling 100% great about it as it was my own doing. Went out to the busy city centre and could not cope. It was packed with people and cars coming from everywere felt few panic attacks coming on. Worst bits where, when I was crossing the road at the traffic lights with stacks of people around me making me feel like I couldnt breath, and walking through the city centre 
Spent most of the really long 2 day holiday in my apartment doing what I usually do...scared to even walk down past reception to go outside for a fag!
I prefer not to just sound doomy and gloomy, and pick out atleast 1 good part. Getting drunk
I knew nothing was going to magically change with my anxiety If I went away,even if it was just for few days, just thought I could see myself as something else if I tried different things and different surroundings...
Made it a complete misery for my parents, there trying to help me and im just throwing it back in there faces thats just the anxiety/stress talking tho,I cant help what I say @ the time. End up getting in arguments as I go into depression mode and start saying silly things,I cant see it from my mums point of view which is even worst:::::
