here goes! at the top of the page on the left it sais "socialphobiaworld.com" underneath that theres a yellow bar with lots of things to choose from, if you go along to the 2nd last one on the right, it sais "quick links"
so sign in, click on "quick links" and then you can go to wherever you like without having to travel through hundreds and thousands of threads and stuff!!
i bet you never knew that eh!! (i just found it!)
