I'm really needing to lose weight. But I'm not motivated.

- I am really lazy and I comfort eat. I have no motivation or willpower.

For motivation I've tried looking at celebrities and having goals and looking at before and afters but nothing works..I know what to do.. eat healthy + exercise = have a balanced diet and so on but nothing works and it's alot more difficult with anxiety and depression.

Advice?

[and sorry for title i should have put a question mark] :(

I don't know exactly what to say, but I'll try my best because I used to eat-emotionally. Except my wakeup call was when I found out I was pre-diabetic due to my emotional eating (I never really processed what I'd been doing. I never stopped to consider the fact I may be getting sick over it.) Not trying to talk about myself here, sorry.

The thing is, walking on the treadmil helps. It not only helps you to manage your weight, but also can help lessen the depression (don't ask me how it happens. I'm not even sure how it works myself. I'm pretty sure it helps with endorphins and makes you feel a bit better...)
If you don't have a treadmil, you could start jogging down the street. You should start casual walking for like ten minutes, limit the food you eat (like eat a peanut-butter sandwich with a banana and cut out the soda) ... Then slowly make your way up to 15 minutes a day, then to 20. As you walk more, you find yourself moving faster. If that makes sence.
If you like music, pick what kind of music you'd like to listen to while walking/jogging.

This may not be of any help. If I think of anything else, I'll tell you. :|
