Laughter Yoga

Has anybody else tried laughter yoga? I haver been getting into it over the last couple of weeks with my mom and sister. It is a blast and it does wonders for my anxiety and stress. I would urge those of you daring enough to try it! Check it out:

Laughter Yoga is a blend of yoga-based deep breathing, gentle stretching, simulated laughter exercises and playful games and activities.

I know it sounds ridiculous, but it actually works. I haven't felt as good as I do after laughter yoga as I have in a loooong time.:D

Havent tried laughter yoga but ive tried regular yoga and it really made me feel at peace and helped reduce my drug cravings. Laughter yoga sounds like a blast!

I love laughter. Comedy is my favorite genre of anything. If I had someone to do laughter yoga with, and there was a place around here that did it, I would join.

You should look into it. It is pretty wide spread now. It really breaks down the walls of anxiety and is all about playing and, well, laughing! It has helped me with techniques of dealing with my anxieties. When I am in an uncomfortable situation, I try to think of good laughter exercises.
