Last few days have been so tough for me.

Little sleep due to a lot on my mind, 8-5 shifts everday for the last week with all these thoughts on my mind. Haven't felt like talking to anyone at work, don't say hello or anything, they must thing I am so rude. Worried about health and general wellbeing. I dunno what to do to get out of this rut, probably best to make something happen to put these negative thoughts to one side, but my social anxiety means I can't just make it happen, its gotta happen from the other side :(

Wall of text, but yeah, thats how I feel. Now I'm going to bed, and hopefully getting some much needed sleep. :(
