NOT JUST ANY PHYSICAL FITNESS.....CHOOSE A TRAINER.....THESE PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THE HELL ITS ALL ABOUT.

You know what, i stop making any exercise almost 4 years and i was getting worst..! I am online for 4 years

IF IT'S A CHEMICAL ISSUE THAN PHYSICAL FITNESS WON'T DO MUCH! SURE, SOME EDORPHINS ARE RELEASED BUT THE PROBLEM WILL PRESIST FOR MOST! AHHHHH!

I would agree that exercise is good for every people's body.

It helps boost energy helps your health go better.
