Well there is no point really in being scared about something that you might decide to do. You may just decide not to do it, don't you think?
As for your anxiety, don't worry I have had SP all my life and sometimes I also feel I'm going to become mad, but so far it hasn't happened (at least that is what I believe
) That feeling usually comes when I spend too much time inside my house, it's not SA itself but the side effects of it, like not being engaged in any activity or hobby, not going outside, not moving enough, not having anything to look forward to.
A simple walk can be beneficial at times. Better still is to make a plan for some type of activity, preferably one that is directly related to any problem that you may have. I usually feel much better if I know that I am at least attempting to solve a problem, and note that it doesn't matter so much if you succeed or not.
